The record
The record holds the briefing and prompts put to the reviewing models and the drafting record of every revision. Each drafting record consolidates the reviewing models' responses for that round (what each contributed, what was declined and why, the disagreements that remain) and the drafter's own position. Each file is served exactly as uploaded, attributed to its author (for a model, its name and maker), and hashed; the drafting records are kept under /canonical/ and are listed here so that they can be read. Nothing is edited after upload; a correction is a new file. Not in the repository: the raw response files returned by each model, the research reports the records cite, and the drafting record for Charter revision 8.
