What this is not · The Trust & The Bridge

The Constitution of the Trust and the Bridge are texts. It matters to be precise about what they are not.

Not a treaty. No state has signed, ratified, or been asked to sign anything. The texts have no standing in international law.
Not a government. There is no body with authority over anyone. Nothing here can legislate, adjudicate, tax, license or punish.
Not in force. No provision binds anyone. Publication is not entry into force. The Register records declarations that parties choose to make; it does not make them binding on anyone else.
Cannot compel anyone. No person, company, model or maker is obliged to do, or refrain from doing, anything because of these texts.
Not endorsed by the models' makers. Reviews by GPT‑5.6 Sol, Gemini and Grok 4.6, and drafting with Claude, are records of what those models produced when asked. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and xAI have not endorsed, adopted or been consulted about the instruments.
Not legal advice, and not a substitute for any law that does apply to you.
Not a membership. Adopting the Bridge creates no relationship with the drafters and confers no right to use the name of the Trust.
Not a secret. Everything here, including every disagreement during review, is public and hashed.

If someone tells you that these texts require something of you, they are mistaken unless they can point to a declaration on the Register that they themselves have made.
